L'Oreal Professional Steam Styler.

There are a few things you should know about me, I have very long hair, I get food in said hair on a daily basis and if I am at home my hair goes straight in a top knot off my face. These days especially the top knot look is my go-to style a quick blow dry after the shower and up it goes off my face. Lazy is my middle name. Last month the guys at L'Oreal sent me this steam styler and asked me some feed back, I hadn't got round to trying it until Sunday evening when I decided to actually give it a go.

First off before I get into this review I want you to know I was not paid by L'Oreal to write this, this was not a sponsored post, in fact my original plan was to just review on my social media instead of my blog. That was until I actually tried this. This product is BRILLIANT and I wanted to share with you girls out there who might be looking for a product that will save you some time . For a gal like me who finds doing my hair a real chore this is just the best, the time it took me to straighten my hair was half the time it takes me with GHD's. Don't get me wrong GHD's are the best (especially for curling) in fact I did a review of them just a few months back but straightening (like any hair straighter) does take time. Honestly I don't know how or why but these did it my hair in half the time and left this really gorgeous gloss on my hair that was really noticeable for me.

MY WILD HAIR BEFORE

MY HAIR AFTER

I kid you not this took me less than 10 minutes to do and I have A LOT of hair. The product itself is super light but  bulky which is my only complaint about it. You have the straightener itself and separate pod which you fill with water to create the steam.

The device itself has plates and a brush which I guess helps do more hair at time. I thought I needed a brush when in actual fact as long as your hair is brushed before, you don't! One thing that I noticed was different to my usual straightening experience is that I didn't get as hot and bothered. Usually I am a sweaty mess after doing my hair but as this took half the time I didn't feel like that at all. Basically I really have only good things to say about this. The product is priced at £170 but Look Fantastic currently has a deal for this for £119 which also includes a free L'Oreal Hair Dryer. Total steal if you ask me. I am even going to have a go at creating waves with these after seeing this tutorial. Here are to many more good hair days.
