It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Christmas is such a special time. It is a time to spend with loved ones,  to reflect on the year, to enjoy good food, good company and to appreciate what you have in your lives. Last year Dan and I spent Christmas in Paris, we stood on the top of the Eiffel Tower on Christmas day and it was one of the most amazing times of my life. This year we are volunteering at a local club for the elderly and will be helping to cook and serve dinner to those in the community who don't have family to spend it with.
One thing which we did miss last year when in Paris was having our own tree to decorate so this year we decided to buy a real one which we could put up together to really get into the sprit. We even bought a special ornament of the Eiffel Tower to hang on the tree so we could remember how special last year was. Whilst I am feeling so thankful and festive I wanted to write this post to say a Merry Christmas to all my readers, I hope you have a wonderful time what ever you do and I look forward to 2014 where I can continue sharing my life and loves with you.
